After reading, parents and students must sign the "Read Receipt". Students then submit the signed form to Ms. Mercado. This "Read Receipt" is obtained during class. It may also be printed through the corresponding link below, signed, and submitted to Ms. Mercado. A picture of the "Read Receipt", signed by both parents and students, sent via email will also suffice as a submission. "Read Receipts" are due stated at the end of the course description.
